Pancakes, Take 3 - Ghana & Gibraltar

It's been awhile since I posted about pancakes, but I've become semi-consistent in eating pancakes once again.  My pancake travels have recently taken me to Ghana followed by Gibraltar.  Unfortunately I can't seem to find the pictures I took while making pancakes for either of these two countries.  So, I'm going to post the video I followed for Ghanian pancakes, and a link to the website I used for pancakes from Gibraltar. Ghana In Ghana, the pancakes are thin and crepe like.  I really enjoyed the nutmeg flavor of these pancakes.  The taste of them reminded me of a family sugar cookie recipe that my mom made for us growing up.  Below is the video.  For the full printed recipe, click here .
